Shipping & Returns

WE SHIP QUICKLY
 
RC Hobby & Track tries to ship your order on the same day we receive it from you.
We use the US Postal service, UPS and FedEx. If you need extra fast shipping such
as Next Day, or 2-day service, please choose the desired method when ordering.
These services may be limited depending on your service area.
Holidays and weekends will delay delivery.
USPS Overnight Express may take up to 2 days in rural areas.
Saturday delivery is available with Fedex and UPS at an aditional charge by the carrier.
 
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR USA ORDERS
 
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
Oversized or heavy items such as Airplanes or extremely large orders will incur extra fees.
packages up to 13oz will most likely be shipped by USPS First Class mail . Packages over 13oz will be shipped by USPS Priority or Parcel Post. You can choose to upgrade your shipping service at checkout.
 
LOST PACKAGES

RC Hobby and Track will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
We will do our best to work with you and the carrier to find your package.
In case outer package damage, REFUSE the package and carrier will be obligated to send it back to us.
We will not accept any claims for damaged products once the package has been accepted and shows delivered.
Claims for insured packages should be filed with your carrier.
Do not ship damaged insured packages back to us, it will void the insurance.
You must claim insurance for damaged goods directly with the carrier, and we will do our best to
help with any paperwork. This is the only way carrier will pay up. Do not discard any packing materials.

Please contact RC Hobby & Track immediately upon receipt of a shipment with missing or incorrect items.  We take many measures to fill orders accurately.  If there is a mistake we urge the customer to contact us as soon as possible.

 
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
 
International shipping is available. Please check out using PayPal.

Internatioanl shipping rates may vary and you may be invoiced for additional postage funds before your item ships.

We suggest that you choose International Priority Mail or Express Mail if you want tracking.

International First Class Air Mail is also available for small packages, but it does not allow for tracking.
